Recovery boot loader
Is their any way to reinstall the Dell Bootloader?
I have all the partitions, but the Bootloader is the standard Windows so I can't do the [CTRL+ f11] trick to boot into Recovery.
It's an Inspiron 1525 laptop.

Most important factor is which operating system you have. Most newer computers do not use F11. Your model uses F8 at first boot--no control key--to get into Advanced Boot Options that will allow you into Recovery. This is from your manual available at Dell Support--
Windows Vista: Dell Factory Image Restore
1 Turn on the computer. When the Dell logo appears, press several
times to access the Vista Advanced Boot Options window.
2 Select Repair Your Computer.
The System Recovery Options window appears.
3 Select a keyboard layout and click Next.
4 To access the recovery options, log on as a local user. To access the
command prompt, type administrator in the User name field, then
click OK.
5 Click Dell Factory Image Restore.

Mary, that's a non-answer. The "Repair Your Computer" appears in the Dell bootloader, which is precisely what he needs to restore.
I sure wish I knew the answer to this -- I've the same problem.
