Avado's site is remarkably free of details (including precisely what it on their Recovery CD). If it does not include .cab files I'd guess it's one of the CDs which does nothing but rewrite the original system files to the hard disk in which case you can't do anything with it except that (including running System File Checker or extracting files).

Thanks for the info. You're right about their site. Talk about bare bones.
