Recovery Disk

Can I make my own recovery disks from Inspiron B120 -- Windows  OS ?

"recovery disks" ? Do you mean to clone an image of the hard drive or just to reinstall Windows?

You could try to get the reinstallation CDs for this system from Dell:

Where can I get the Windows and Dell Backup CDs?

Here's Dell's info on the the Recovery CD utility - all depends on when your machine was shipped and if it even works anymore:

Just as likely you have the PC Restore on the hard drive instead, but get the CD's from Dell anyway - always better to have them on hand.
