You could try to get the reinstallation CDs for this system from Dell:
Where can I get the Windows and Dell Backup CDs?

Here's Dell's info on the the Recovery CD utility - all depends on when your machine was shipped and if it even works anymore:
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/document?c=us&dl=false&l=en&s=gen&docid=F0298774D06E7340E030030ABD62396D&doclang=en&cs=
Just as likely you have the PC Restore on the hard drive instead, but get the CD's from Dell anyway - always better to have them on hand.
