Hi 123rosebud,

Please elaborate the issue due to which you re-installed operating system.

Dell ships the computers with a partition reserved for restoration in case of any issues with operating system. It appears that while re-installing windows, that partition has been wiped out or impacted. You may not be able to restore the factory state with that partition anymore. However, Dell also allows you to create a duplicate copy of this partition on an external media. If you have created the recovery media, you may attempt to restore the system to factory state using it. If you failed or missed to create this duplicate copy, an operating system re-installation is only choice.

You may re-gain a similar state (factory state) if not same by installing drivers and other Dell applications that were shipped with computer. If you need any assistance, please let me know. I'll be glad to assist.
