recycle bin does not refresh
I have an icon for full recycle bin and a different icon for empty recycle bin. When I put something in the recycle bin it still appears empty and vice versa when it is empty it still appears full. I have to refresh automatically for the correct icon to appear on the desktop. I have windows 7, IE 8, and an XPS M1530.
This is a new problem - since I got windows 7 about a week ago.
Any help will be appreciated.

Read this. It's for Vista, but the fix is supposed to be the same for Win 7. Scroll down below "related links" and follow the instructions for Method One.
Just to be safe, manually set a System Restore point before making any changes. :emotion-5:

Thanks for responding. However, it didnt work for me. I still have the problem. Any other suggestions?
