Reinstall Software
Hi, I Have questions how to Install the software that came with the Dell Inspiron 15 (N5030) I tried to do recovery but some how it wouldn't let me load it. I had a program called system anti virus that mistake and downloaded and it blocked everything out I couldn't open any folder files or software dule to that program and it was forcing me to buy it. So I Went ahead and used a windows 7 32bit install cd and now I restore my computer but a lot of the programs are gone the webcam the dell support center, and the pc heath check and etc. I don't even have the dell desktop gadgets I would like to have them back if there is a site to go. all I can see is drivers that's it just drivers. Is there a link I can to download them.

Hi Garm84,
One way of restoring the system to the factory installed state is by PC restore. Find the link for instruction:

Since you have reinstalled the Operating system manually, make sure the drivers are installed in the order given in the link below:

To download the software which were factory installed, visit ‘My Dell Downloads’. In case you are not registered for My Dell Download, click on the link below and register your system service tag:

Revert for further queries.
