reinstalling cd for missing or corrupt fonts

Question

I have been unable to print from turbotax because the fonts won't install.  All my research and tech support says the fonts in fonts folder are missing or damaged.  I have cd to reinstall software from Dell. If I run this will that solve the problem and if I reinstall tools cd and Microsoft Windows XP Media Center  cd will some of my work be lost.

Install the fonts from the CD when prompted.  That's all  you need.

Forgive me for being totally inept at this but do you mean to reinstall the Dell tools system software or the dell 'Inspiron' computer software?  Or Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Version 2005 with Updates DC.  Trying to install it from the Turbotax CD does not work.
