It doesn't sound like you have the actual drivers CD. However, all the drivers you need can be downloaded from the Dell downloads for your B110 HERE
Exactly what you will need will depend on your specific PC's configuration. However the installation sequence is (1) Install Windows (2) Install Intel Chipset Drivers (3) Install device drivers such as the sound, video, Ethernet controller, etc.
Other drivers/software listed on the Dell downloads such as the the Desktop software is optional.
The Dell Applications disc that you have, may or may not have anything you want. It will be up to you on that (e.g. if you have a different Antivirus that you are using it would be best to install that rather than the trial version that comes with Dell's (and it will be obsolete)).
A note on your Printer (or an all in one or scanner - this applies to any of these), physically disconnect it from the PC before you start the install and DO NOT physically reconnect it to the PC until you run the Installation program for the Printer and ONLY when the install program tells you then physically reconnect it to the PC.
I had to reinstall windows XP from the rescue disk/s. Windows itself is installed but I dont have any of the drivers that I need, they arent on the cd. Is there some way I can get them from Dell on a cd? I cant connect to the internet on that pc so I cant download them.
First, edit your post and remove the Service Tag, posting this, is a violation Dell's T of S and unless the tag is removed, youy post will be deleted.
You can download the drivers for the 3000 from
here and burn them on a CD, or you can request a set of backup discs containing the factory-installed operating system as well as the device drivers and utilities specific to your system from
here.
