Reinstalling problem Vista Inspiron 1720

I have bought a Dell Inspiron 1720 a few months ago. due to a software problem I decided to reinstall my Vista home premium. The install runs smooth until it comes to the last point of the installation, the "ending installation point"

Half way this point the installation sticks and does nothing futher.

I have tried another install disc of a same Dell Inspiron 1720 and its just the same problem.

Then I tried a Vista Ultimate 64bit edition and this one installs correctly.

But I want the Vista version that was included with the notebook so does anyone knows the answer on my problem?
