Reinstalling Vista on my Inspiron 1720
For the past 2 days now ive been trying to reinstall Vista. When im at the 'Completing Insallation' the green progress bar doesnt move. After about 30-40 minutes the screen will go black but i am still able to move the mouse.
If anyone has a solution, or any input it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same PC the 1720 that I'm trying to clean up for my dad. What a pain. I tried it all until I got to this and it worked. Honestly I was ready to toss this PC.
