Remaining Problems After PC Restore

My computer gave me so many error messages and problems that I ran the PC restore. Originally thinking my problem was the Windows XP software I now find that I still have the same problems after I had gone back to the Factory spiffy conditions for my computer's software. So a few people have told me I have RAM problems. Another told me to run a hard drive diagnostics test and my hard drive(i believe) passed that. Do any of you have an Idea at what is wrong with my computer. I have a Dimension B110 With Windows XP home. I am over the 30 day return computer in box thingy but can I get it sent back to Dell to see if they will fix my computer or just replace it since it's been only 2 months(right after 30 days my computer konks out(irony)).

Most having to do with a:
System32/drivers/ntfs.sys

Each time I started my computer it says that the amount of system memory has changed and then "fixes it" and then goes on to say that the System32/drivers/ntfs.sys is corrupt or missing and tells me I need the original windows XP home cd to repair it. I PC restored though so that shouldnt still be all messed up.... right?

I also get all these random closings on internet explorer, Mcaffee Virus and basically everything I open up will sometimes randomily freeze up or close on me.

My computer also sometimes magically shutsdown to a completely blue screen with white lines telling me windows shut down because of blah blah to keep windows from harm. The blah blah changes each time. Sometimes it has to do with Win32... So I looked that up and cleaned my registry which I thought would make it better. Not really.

But my question still stands. I basically started fresh again with PC Restore so is there a reason or a fault in my computer's hardware or software that keeps intefering with it's normal processes. Such as something that I can fix.

Thanks a lot for everything

So... what exactly are these problems?

Call Dell cause you got a hardware problem.  I personally would put all of my chips in it being a bad hard drive or bad RAM.  When you first turn on your PC, press F12.  Then at the menu select IDE drive diagnostics or hard drive diagnostics and press enter.  If the primary drive 0 failes, you have a bad hard drive.  If it passes restart and press F12 again.  Then boot to the utility partition and run an extended scan.
