remote assistant in windows xp

Hi. I tried to use the remote assistant today with a friend. I have Windows XP and so does she. I received the invitation via email and when it tries to connect to her computer it says  Remote Assistant couldn't be established because the remote host name couldn't be resolved. Please try again.     What does this mean and how can it be fixed so I can use the remote assitant to help my friend?
