Sorry didn't understand. A complete reinstall of XP removes it, best I can do, maybe someone knows other option.

Try ,Right click Start- Properties- Start menu- Customize- Advanced- Uncheck Manufacturer Link

Or use Classic Start Menu.

All that accomplishes is to remove the link from the Start menu.

By trial and error I have determined which files should be removed in order to remove Dell's overlay from Help and Support. If anyone else is interested just send me a private message.

I didn't actually delete the files in question; I merely moved them to a Dell Overlay folder.
