Removing Software
I'm currently using Windows XP and recently installed Windows Live Essentials for photos, etc. But decided it took up too much memory and want to remove it. When I went to add/remove software it won't let me delete the software. I tried system restore, but still nothing. I contacted Windows Live, who referred me to Dell (OEM) who wanted to charge $69 plus tax to answer my question. I'm now in this forum hoping someone has an easy solution to this problem.

HI Deerwoods936, What you can do is download CCleaner from HERE , then select Tools when you have it setup, then delete it from there.

You can try using Revo Uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com/) as that seems to be a good app for getting rid of programs as well as left-over registry entries and orphaned files.

You could also try reinstalling it and then uninstalling the software. I have seen programs fail to be uninstalled for whatever reason, but if you reinstall it and then remove it again, it might just work.
Thanks
