Install the 64 Bit version of Windows 7, you are limiting the functionality of your hardware with the 32 Bit OS. Dell have a full compliment of Windows 7 64 Bit drivers:

http://ftp.dell.com/published/Pages/inspiron-15-3537.html

The first driver you are missing is the USB 3.0,  the wireless card you have is a Dell Wireless 1705 and the third driver is the Realtek Card Reader. The Fn and F2 won't work without Dell Quickset being installed and you won't be able to disable the touchpad without the Touchpad driver.

If you must persist with Windows 7 32 Bit (unrecommended). Then you can try the following:

Intel Chipset Device Software:

Dell: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01645351M/1/3540_Chipset_Driver_9MW60_WN_9.4.0.1017_A00.EXE

Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775&lang=eng

The USB 3.0 Drivers are here:

Dell: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01929170M/3/Chipset_Driver_Intel_USB3_A01_W732W764-SETUP_ZPE.exe

Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=22824&lang=eng

Intel Management Engine Interface Driver:

Realtek Card Reader:

http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01753051M/1/Chipset_Driver_YDTM3_WN_6.2.9200.39039_A00.EXE

Dell Wireless 1705:

Input:

Audio:

Intel HD Driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23884&lang=eng

Dell http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01711286M/3/Video_Intel_W72_X03_A00_Setup-K67K4_ZPE.exe

AMD Radeon 8850M Driver (Variant A):

Dell http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01640873M/5/Video_AMD_W74_X00_A00_Setup-F0KDH_ZPE.exe

AMD Directly: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

AMD Radeon 8670M Driver (Variant B):

Dell: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01746245M/7/Video_AMD_W74_X01_A00_Setup-M3X0Y_ZPE.exe

AMD Directly: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Install Intel and then the AMD driver. If using the Dell drivers use both Dell drivers. If using the ones directly from AMD use the latest Intel Driver.

Dell Quickset:
