If you have and older computer, your will have to reload XP and all drivers. Download the drivers for the above link. Some models have an option to reset your system to orginal factory settings, but check your documentation to see if your system had this function.
Dell does not make restore CDs to return a system to "as shipped" state. Systems made after July 14, 2004 have a PC Restore feature which does this but your computer was made well before that date.
