Restore E521 to factory settings

Question

I got my pc a few weeks ago but wish to restore it to factory settings.  I know how to use the discs as I have reformatted my older Dell but would rather not use them on this pc.  I've tried the F11 & CTRL & I do get taken to a screen but not one that says Restore on it, is there another way to do this? It's Vista HP if tht makes a difference.
