Restore to original config - Datasafe
I have windows 7 and need to restore using above local back up discs. Do I have to remove all accessories such as printers and modem before doing so?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
It would probably be best to remove anything connected to the system prior to doing a restore. I would only have the keyboard and mouse connected.

Yes definitely remove all but mouse/keyboard. This is standard among OEM companies.
