Roxio Problems

Question

Hello , I've got a problem on vista with Roxio Easy CD Creator 9.  The thing is, when i try to start it up it says that Roxio has stopped working and re-installing it does'nt fix the problem, i even tried using a restore point, but nothing works.  Can anyone help me with this problem, please?

When I upgraded to Vista, from XP, I had to completely uninstall Roxio Easy Media V9 and then resinstall it.  Uninstall it, restart Vista then do a new install.

If that is the problem, Remove MyDVD that came with it.

dear   I have the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but to no use.   dell+vista=mess

Do you have a Dell computer?  I noticed on my Dell Support page that a driver update is needed.  It was DD3250bP_ESD.zip on their webpage.  It resolves some compatibility issues.  I'm not too technical, so I don't know if that would work for you or not.
