run_pool_header

I have recently started getting this message that shuts down Windows. It tells me to check any recently installed programs but I don't know what I'm checking for.  Please help.

Also, I am unable to send a page via e-mail by using file, send, page by e-mail. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Laurie

Is this the complete error description, Is it a blue screen error?

What OS do you have?

What computer model do you have?

No that wasn't the complete message. There was more.  It was a blue screen.  I have XP Pro.  Dell Dimension 4700.

Thanks,

Laurie
