Runtime Debugger (Cordbg.exe) (.NET Framework)

I have been getting some NotifyAlert error messages lately, concerning the above file or program. I get beyond them and everything works fine. This program apparently has something to do with applications in the programming of the computer, but I have no idea what it does, or why these message would starting appearing on my machine. Anything I can or should do to make it go away? Not sure if this is the same problem that Chris from Dell refers to in his above post
