I suggest you also post this in the following forum:

Sounds like the other users have lost the'permission' to access the internet. Perhaps they could try doing so with this browser. The Administrator (Account), at least, *should* have a backup browser for times when IE rolls over.

Since these accounts likely belong to minors I suggest you uninstall any and all toolbars and file-sharing programs. Restart computer.
Then dload, install, update and run this program on one of the accounts (not your's). Delete all it finds.

This program may be beneficial as well but I would confer with 'the experts' in the Spyware forum first.

You may still have to download a registry script to re-enable the IE permissions in your registry.

I am having the same problem with a brand new computer. How did you resolve the issue?
Thanks.

I called Dell Support and they advised that I had to change the internet explorer properties under the advanced tab to "uncheck" enable third-party browsers extensions. This resolved the issue for me. It should be noted that I had to go into each user account and change all of them for it to work completely.

Sorry for not posting this sooner:
1. Click on the Start menu, Point to settings
2. Select Control Panel
3. Double-click Internet Options
4. Click the Advanced tab
5. Below Browsing, click to clear the "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box
6. Also check the box against Disable script debugging option
7. Click to clear the display a notification about every script error check box
8. Click OK to close all windows and restart computer
9. Start Internet explorer and check whether the error occurs.
Also if you have Google toolbar installed on your computer you need to uninstall it, which may resolve the issue.
