Runtime error!

One too many -because there shouldn`t be any- I get this error message:

Microsoft Virtual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error!
Program: .......
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way......

I really would appreciate if someone knows of a hotfix that can solve this problem in my Windows XP Home Edition 2007, spanish version. A friend told me it is related to msvcirt.dll  ver. 7.0.2600. 2534 . But I have to admit I am a complete newcommer to the software virtual universe so I`d settle for any practical solution because this problem happens often enough to make it a big nuisance.

While on Internet, user B cannot open his own  page if user B has one open for himself. CES

Sorry, my mistake. It should read "While on Internet, user B cannot open a page if user A has one open for himself."--- There is also problem when someone has Windows Live Messenger open. CES
