Runtime Library Error

I'm new to the community and hope I can get some help...can't seem to find it anywhere else!  I downloaded a new program maybe a month ago, Blackberry  Desktop Manager, and all of a sudden in the last week when I bootup my computer, I always get this error message which I will type out verbatum.  I sure hope someone can help me with this and it's a simple solution.  If you can help with what to do please type out step-by-step instructions as I am kinda a computer flunky. ;o)  Thanks!

A blue box appears with this at the top of the box: “Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
