Scoreboard will not load

I have 4 computers the most recent purchase being a Dell Inspiron 1720 last week.  I need to view a tennis scoring website for my work. The site loads on my other 3 machines but not on this new Dell.  Anyone help, is there a setting or two to be changed or something to download?  The site is www.atptennis.com and then click on the livescore link this arrives as a popup but is totally black rather than showing any matches/scores.

I assume you have Vista on the new machine? I tested the site with 2 of my Vista machines and everything works as it should. The popup starts as totally black but within a second or two the content displays.

Thanks for testing - yes it is Vista on my Dell.  I have another laptop (not Dell) with Vista it does as you have found loads black and then becomes functional, sadly my Dell one just says black.  Would it be some settings or perhaps IE addons I do not know where to look?

Thanks for trying for me, yes I have downloaded and test flash.  I cannot even get the message you get when you hover your mouse.

Hi Dianeasmith,

I have a recently purchased Dimension 9200. I guess that your PC will have similar software as mine, including IE7. When I go to this link I have black screen. If I hover the mouse pointer over the black area I get "Click to activate this control". On clicking the Flash Player loads the Flash display. Have you downloaded Flash Player?

Regards

Try this within IE:
Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and in the "Browsing" section, ensure that "Enable third-party browser extensions" is checked. You will have to restart IE for this to take effect.

Tools>Manage Add-ons>Enable or Disable Add-ons...and make sure that the "Shockwave Flash Object" is in the list and that it is enabled.
