I am not sure if this helps, but i was having the same problem but different driver mine said scsi raid controllers: VAX347S SCSI CONTROLLER. it got to a point where i said the heck with it, So I found the controller in devices in XP and deleted it, I figure if it screws something up I would just do a fresh install of xp. I also went to windows\system32 files and deleted the files that related to it which was a bios plug and play file and another, but each had the vax347s title on it. I restarted my computer, and it started up fine, I ran the advisor again and it did not show up that I needed this controller, I put in VISTA and in 20 minutes I had Vista up and running and it has been working fine since. I don't know if you want to take this chance but it worked for me. That driver looks like you had alcohal 120 or another program that makes virtual drives on computers.
