Sec KB929777 doesnt get install I get Error 8000FFFF please help
hi,
I have XPS 630i Window XP pro and Window Vista Ultimate..
On Installing Window Vista on Second drive Keeping XP in C drive..
now Automatice update .. Almost All updates got Installed but this
Sec. KB929777 fails to get installed and seeing reason says Code 8000FFF
Plsease help me..

Hi,
I tried command in Cmd... BCDedit /set removememry 2813
But access denied.. message comes back can not edit ..
please help..

HI, Chris,
I tried several times... Bcdedit /set removememory 2813...
But I am getting Boot Configuartion data store could not be opened.
Access is Denied...
To day I reinstall Vista ... but again KB929777 remains to be uninstalled.
My Computer is
XPS 630i
4 G memory
500 G disk 1... (Got Window XP installed from Dell)
1 T Disk 2... I installed.. and Vista is installed on this Disk
Am not getting anywhere.. also I would like to know that
Do I have to ... Install anything else .. ? e.g. Bios,etc etc.
I read one of thread.. and am not clear..
