security keeps popping up

i think this is the correct fourm..

 

for some reason since the last windows update, my aol saftey and security suite has been popping up EVERY 5 minutes or so saying my virus protection has been updated....ok.....funny, because since then the virus protection has been disabled and i havent been able to get it to go back on. i havent deleted it yet because im looking for options and opinions...should i just drop it or is there a fix for this?

 

right now im running the microsoft av and firewall

spybot, spycatcher, spyware guard, ewidio free scanner, ad aware.
