Not a thing, thanks. It just ignores me. But when I click either of the other two they open as would be expected.
Also, sorry about the multiple posts. I can't seem to stay away from the TAB button, and I don't know how to delete a post.

I didn't find it there, Mr. Denham, but maybe I didn't know what I was looking for. Lots of file associations but not the "Select Program" function.
It's not a problem, of course, just a curious nuisance!

The registry edit here may solve your problem.
