Just to ad some more info...
The reason why i wanted to install windows was because my windows was on danish language, and i am not having any problems installing/working on the danish windows.I have installed it after i got those errors on the pictures ,and is working without any prob until now.I could format the hard disk without any prob as well.
So hopefully your word that my hard drive has failed is not true :(

Heres a better quality picture(second one):

That photo has nothing to do with the Windows install process.

Install processes are here:

To find and download the drivers for your system, scroll down the page on click on
"Drivers and Downloads". Then enter your Service Tag or model number of your computer.
Select your operating system and then download the drivers that you need.

I can't read the last line on your second image, but that drive may have failed . .

How can you get any http:// type error message in a Shell environment?

It could be some bad sectors on the drive.  Impossible to tell without running a thorough analysis.  If you are willing to sped $80, look at SpinRite from Gibson Research.  I will vouch for this program along with thousands more.

The test doesn't finish at all(maybe it will if i wait one more hour) ,it just gets frozen and i just have to press the on/of button to turn it of.It doesent stop even if i press the esc key.

In a way it has, because the reason why i was getting the error may have to do something with hard disk. Now after i got that error,i scanned the hard disks with Dell resource CD,and as you can see its getting an error to.I though they may be related with one another. So that error on the second picture is it something critical?

Unfortunately, that's a pretty good indication that the disc has failed . . If the pc is still in warranty, Dell should replace if for you.

None that offers a guarantee, as in Money back.  Boot from the XP disc and see what happens.

Wait a minute, did you changed the SATA operation on the BIOS??? Go to Drives, go to SATA Operation. Then change to AUTO DETECT... Then try to install XP MCE again...
