Seriously Messed Up Computer!

I'm not sure if this is even the place to post this, but I need help.

I have a Dell Dimension 4300S or something like that, I'm having problems getting on the internet, which may have to do with ipconfig.

The reason it's broken is either due to Download.Trojan or the fact that my sister installed iProtectYou filtering software, which my brother deleted wrong. Either way, scince both of these, which happened at the same time, my computer has had many problems. There were about 50 trojans on the computer due to Download.Trojan, and while there all gone now, I am trying to fix it. My sister ran a repair re-install of windows..... with her Windows disc, and know it wants to activate windows, but I can't get online! My wireless network card says it can't find any networks, and I think this is because of a file corruption or possible a TCP/IP protocol issue or something. Can someone help?

try msconfig (start>run>msconfig) and disable suspicious startup problems... or do a clean
OS reinstallation...

I have a Hijack This log if anyone wants to see that, but I don't think that will really matter.

A full reinstall of windows? Or just a repair-reinstall? I want to wipe it, scince I have all my stuff backed up, but my sister won't do it, and my mom will be mad if I deal with it.

I don't know much about msconfig, but I'll tell that to my sister.

I don't know if that would help, because right now, I just want to get online. My sister is trying to fix it now, but nothing is working. I'm probably just gonna have to reinstall Windows when she gives up.

Posting your problem in more than one forum is usually counter productive leading to even more conflicts than you have now.
