In almost all cases when you get a "server busy" it means the server you are trying to connect to is "busy" (reached it's maximum connections) and just cannot accept any more connections.  It has nothing to do with your PC, just that particular site.  However, it could be something at your ISP that is causing the busy or unable to connect issue.  There are many variables within the internet that can cause a multitude of connection issues, from the server busy, to unable to find the site, slowdowns, etc.  Even your modem connection (telephone line or ISP's modem) can be an issue

I get the "server busy" occasionally when I try to access my Hotmail account.  Nothing to do with my PC or even my ISP, just the Hotmail server(s) has reached it maximum connections.

You should also check your system for spyware/malware using the information and advice in the first link listed below.
