SETI@Home causing 100%CPU usage
When I allow SETI@Home version 3.08 to run it shows 100% usage in Task Manager. Usually only 7%-10% without SETI running. Is this OK?

Yeah, it's supposed to. The program uses your CPU to test and see if little green men exist. That's why your task manager shows 100% usage.
Personally, I'd rather donate my CPU time to cancer research. Seems a bit more useful, but that's a completely different discussion...
