setup.cfg not found

I have downloaded a trial version of Nero 6 Ultra - it downloads fine and tries to extract the files. When the extraction is done, I get an error message saying, "The configuration file Docume~1\Anna\Locals~1\temp\Rarsfx3\setup.cfg was not found."

Can someone tell me if this is a problem with the Nero download or is this something I can correct at my end?
