Yup Windows 10 since the removal of Home Groups has been Nasty In terms of File Sharing over Network. Even a small windows update breaks it
I have switched to a more centralized sharing like NAS instead of depending on windows.

Just a quick update everything got resolved itself I don't know how? As there were no Microsoft Windows or Dell Updates, it just did! Yay so happy The Lord Almighty's miracle!
