Sign On 'Error Loading c:\Program Files\Wild Tangent\Apps\CD\cdaengine0400.dll'

Question

I am getting this message as I sign on the PC using Windows XP. 'Error Loading c:\Program Files\Wild Tangent\Apps\CD\cdaengine0400.dll' Does anyone know what this might be?   Sure looks like spyware or a virus?

Just uninstall Wild Tangent with Add/Remove Programs. It is loaded up with spyware! If you use AOL Instant Messenger, it probably loaded when you installed IM. My daughter had the same thing. I uninstalled the Wild Tangent, and it didn't bother her IM program one bit.

I am getting this same message when I start my computer. I uninstalled wild tangent and AOL instant messenger but I am still getting this message. It is very annoying.... please help!  Thank you.
