Sluggish account loading time...XP HOME...PLEASE HELPPPP

I have a laptop equipped with XP Home. I have two user accounts on this system and only mine is experiencing the sluggish startups. I ran Disk Cleanup, Defragmenter, and Scandisk, none helped.

When loading the other account, the computer loads very quickly. What can it be? I heard of something called the "roaming folder", but I believe that is associated with XP Professional, correct?

What can I do now?

I went into msconfig and disabled all nonessential applications from running the background. I turned of indexing services and other nonessential stuff.

Thanks.

You might have loaded some software which is incompatible with WinXP. Since you are the administrator, this might not have affected the Other Profile. Use Disk Cleanup Utility to clean unwanted temporary file from your profile. To use Disk Cleanup - http://www.theeldergeek.com/disk_cleanup_utility.htm
