Smbios Structure 52 Error
I ran a diagnostic and I received the error code: 4600:0009; along with: "DEVICE_INITIALIZATION_FAILURE Smbios Structure 52". Prior to this I was and am still having a problem trying to get out of a "Safe Mode" reboot loop. I have the admin password, but when I enter the password I get "Loading your settings" then the computer goes directly to "Windows is shutting down".
I have used all of the options under F8 and F2 on the boot up and it leads me back to the "Safe Mode" password window. Prior to all of this my wife found that we appear to have been hit with a virus (adware,malware,etc). When she clicked on Internet Explorer three porn pop ups came up and froze the computer. I was able to get to "msconfig" to attempt to reboot in Safe Mode and the computer is stuck there.
Suggestions?

Welcome to the Dell Community.
Could you please provide the following details:
1. System model
2. Did you run Dell Diagnostics or a third party diagnostics?
In case you ran 3rd party diagnostics, I would suggest you to run diagnostics on the computer which will isolate the issue.
1. Restart the computer and tap F12 key to access One Time Boot Menu
2. Highlight Boot to Utility Partition and hit Enter to start the diagnostics
Please make a note of the error code if you get any.
