SoftThinks Support is unresponsive
The software has been crashing a few minutes into the daily data backup routine. One email I got from them suggested I update the software, which I did, but the crashing continues. Now their support team doesn't respond.
Their website's "contact us" page is a dead-end, so there's no phone number to call.
Any suggestions?

We’ll try to assist you. Please let us know as to what version of SoftThinks is installed in the system? Are you getting any particular error message?

The SoftThinks version is 1.9.3.35. The error message is "We have detected that the application recently crashed. Would you like to send an error report?" Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the update. Please let us know if there were any software changes made to the system post which the issue started. Are any other applications crashing other than Softthinks? We thank you for your cooperation.
