some users want, others don't
When I download certain software from online, ( I am the administrator) the program is accessable by other users that do not want it and it pops up automatically becoming an aggravation instead of a help. What can be done to enable or disable programs for other users? I am not able to find any help file for this problem. Anyone have and an answer?

This illustrates the procedure for making applications available to all users. To restrict application availability simply move the shortcut for the program out of the All Users folder and into only the folders of those who want access to that app.
