SOS! Need help restoring a registry

Hi
About a month ago now, McAfee Security Suite & Pampered Partner stopped working. Freezing and not coming up.

I ended up unistalling McAfee & Pampered Partner(Pampered Chef consultant software).

I have tried to reinstall to no avail.

During the Pampered Partner reinstall I get the following message-

Component transfer Error
Component: Shared DLLs
File Group: Registered System Files
File: C:\WINDOWS\system32\DWSHK36.OCX
Error: There are no more files

Then I can only click "ok" then it closes. Please help!

McAfee & Pampered Partner referred me to Microsoft, Microsoft referred me back to Mc Afee and Pampered Partner & they said it's a Windows issue. I called Microsof who now refered me to Dell.
