Sound Issue

I have Stigma Tel Audio and for some reason, there is no sound whenever I record a video using Freeze Screen Video capture. I have the latest sound drivers installed so the drivers aren't causing the problem. Can anyone tell me what I need to adjust to actually get sound to work in my videos?
