SP2 on Refurbished Dimension 8400?

Hey Gary.  I doubt seriously that anyone here could answer that her in a forum...probably your best bet would be to go back to Dell, use their "My Account" or "My Order Status" button but mostly I would say...use their "Contact us" button and submit your query directly to them.   They have a "Chat with us" button you can use.  HTHs.  Regards 

You can contact Dell Customer Service, or Tech support, and ask them if SP2 ships with the 8400 series of computer systems. Or when you receive your system, right click on MY COMPUTER, then left click PROPERTIES on the drop down menu, it the next main page will tell you which operating system you currently have loaded. Another location is your system information file. It will be near the top where version is stated, the operating system is listed there. Fast method of getting to system information, left click start, click run, in the command string box, type in: msinfo32, and then press enter, and you are there.
