spell checker integration
My 2400 came with Word Perfect Office 11, which includes a spelling checker. Said checker seems to work fine in Word Perfect and Quattro Pro. Question is, can Outlook Express, which has no internal spelling checker, be set up to use Word Perfect's?
Holding my breath,

No. Outlook Express needs a Microsoft application such as MS Word for Spell Checker. The Help file in O.E. details this.
However, there is a third party spell checker add on that is available. I don't have any info on it but if you do a search on google you should be able to come up with it.

Hey, Thanks, you guys!
Fireberd, I found the reference in OE help. It seems like a bit of a narrow-minded or self-promoting attitude from our friends in Redmond, but I guess I'm not surprised. Dell also supplies a link in Favorites | Dell named "Common New User Questions" that is useful, now that I found it.
Warren H, the free spell checker was right where you said it was, it installed like a charm, and appears to be working well (I needed to restart for it to show up in OE). Thanks!
Since my first post, I've also bumped into a free Internet Explorer plug-in called ieSpell that will check spelling in on-line forms, such as this forum (and others). One advantage vs the checker provided on some boards, other than being faster, is that you take your own personalized dictionary with you wherever you go. It's available here.
Best wishes,
Crunchie
