Split Screen? Help
On my Dell Latitude the bottom 1/3 of the screen is white and i am unable to acces the toolbar unless i am online. Its almost as if somebody copy and pasted part of my wallpaper and coverd the bottom half of my screen. So if anybody could help me out it would be great.
