Spontaneous Folder
Everytime I boot up my computer (and log in), something weird happens. The System32 folder opens. I don't know why and I don't know how to make it quit doing it. I know it must be from something I've done, but am completely unaware of what it could be. I've scanned my computer for viruses, and none exist. Help?
Edit: Oh, and my OS is WinXPpro. Also, going to a restore point before the problem was occuring doesn't fix it.

This question is answered every day on this or the Windows XP forum. If you had looked around a bit, you would have found a link to the following solution:

Apologies, and thanks. Thankfully I didn't have to change the regkeys or not do a "normal" startup. I only had to uncheck that welcome screen box.
