Spooler SubSystem App

Anyone have any clue how to get this fixed. I have tryed removing, rebooting and reinstalling my network printers yet the dang Spooler SubSystem app in Ultimate keeps dying.
 
Its a Inspiron 9400 w/Vista Ultimate with a mix of printers (mostly Toshiba's and Dell / Lexmarks)

Yes the subspooler does start, just at some point, give or take ten minutes of being on a biz network the thing dies, thus making it difficult to print anything. I emailed also microsoft about it and havn't heard back yet.
