SPRINGFELD_ADV_DAEMON: WksCal.exe entry point not found

I have had problems with Outlook Express for a long time.  The attachments would not open, the URL links would not work, and not only would it send multiple messages to addressees when an attachment was sent, but it would send the attachments in code.  My ISP service said it was probably a problem with the .dll file.  So I tried to do an upgrade to correct the problems and with some success too.  However I am now getting an error message that says "SPRINGFELD_ADV_DAEMON: WksCal.exe  Entry point not found.  The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"  Also, I noticed that although the attachments now open in Outlook Express, the URL links still do not work.  Any suggestions?
