SPY SWEEPER HELP

I installed my corporate version of spy sweeper (10 year sub) after having the trial version it worked great for 2 days now it states my subscription has expired and I can't download any updates or definitions Help I love this program but it's useless without updated definitions

Please note that this is the XP forum.  Spy Sweeper belongs in "Other Software."  Go to the support page for Spy Sweeper at www.webroot.com.  Did you register your product?  Have you entered the registration key?
