Does it happen on the first page you reach at that site or does it happen when you attempt to log in using your username and password. (i.e. what are the exact steps you take to produce the error?)
Try clearing your temporary internet files, including all offline content. If you are running any pop-up blockers or ad-blockers, disable them until the problem is solved. Make sure that the privacy and security settings in Internet Explorer are set at their default levels. See if any of this helps.

Try this, go tools->internet options->advanced. check disable script debugging and then uncheck the box about script error notifacation.
